Copy (Command + C) the text again and paste it (Command + Shift + V) on a new layer. To enhance the glow effect, we will create another layer on top of the text. Apply a Gaussian blur effect (Effect > Blur > Gaussian Blur) and adjust the blur radius until you achieve the desired level of blurriness. To make the stroke appear more organic and less rigid, you can also experiment with different line weights. Play with the stroke weight to achieve the desired intensity of the neon effect. Change the stroke color to white and adjust the stroke weight to a few pixels. To make the gradient fade from white to black continuously, highlight all the text shapes, right-click, and choose "Make Compound Path." This will merge the text shapes into a single compound path. By default, the gradient starts from white and goes to black, which creates a separate gradient for each letter. With the stroke selected, open the gradient panel (Window > Gradient) if it is not already visible. To give your text the neon glow effect, we will Apply a gradient color. Once you have entered your text, select it, go to "Type," and choose "Create Outlines" to convert the text into editable shapes. Increase the size of the text to around 300 points to make it bold and eye-catching. You can choose any font you like, but sans-serif fonts work best for this effect. Click the Type tool and enter the desired text. With the "Art" layer selected, change the fill color to white. Lock this layer and create a new one named "Art" on top of it. Use the rectangle tool, select a black fill, and draw a Shape that roughly covers the canvas. Begin by creating a background layer of black.
